With access to scenic walks, historic sites, cycling trails and the culinary delights of Ludlow this amazing retreat is the perfect way to unwind, reconnect and regain stability, clarity & strength.

The Venue
Nestled on the border of three counties just outside of Ludlow in South Shropshire, the beautiful market town famous for its outstanding local food, the property is set in 12 acres of private, open fields and home to Rupert & Jude who have lovingly transformed this derelict farmhouse into 2 luxurious cottages that sleep up to 13. - click here for more info about Redford Farm Barns.

Friday:
We’ll begin this calming retreat with a welcoming Meal followed by a full body sensory exploration Yoga Nidra & Soothing Sound Bath to shake off the city vibe and settle into a calming sense of connection.
5pm - Arrival
7pm - Welcome Meal
8:45pm - Yoga Nidra/Sound Bath

Saturday:
The Day will begin with a pick me up morning practice to invigorate your senses before deepening our connection to the self with a Pranayama -Breath controlling workshop. A Delicious light lunch will be served followed by some you time; an opportunity to reflect, journal or explore the countryside or Ludlow town before returning for a nurturing Yin/Restorative practice, a hearty meal and a special fireside gathering.

6pm Yoga & Relaxation* - This will be a gentle nourishing and blissful practise.

* The morning yoga practices will be a more invigorating and explorative yoga & flow asana practice while the afternoon sessions will be a mellow, soothing and nurturing practice such as yin yoga or restoratives style with a range of options for all levels of practitioners, from the less experienced to the more advanced, you will discover how to work peacefully at the level appropriate for you..
