YOGA FOUNDATON COURSE
Perfect for Beginners - and suitable for anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of yoga.

The practice builds week-by-week, introducing you to the basics of yoga postures (asanas- the physical practice), understanding healthy alignment and breathing techniques (pranayama). You'll also learn simple meditation and relaxation techniques to further deepen your understanding of the breath body connection, building strength from the inside out. You will receive personal attention and work at a pace that means you learn slowly and thoroughly, step by step.
This course creates a strong and safe foundation so you can continue to explore the many different styles of yoga.
Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, this course will develop your skills of Tuning in & Tuning up, with a focus on Building & Maintaining a Solid Foundation giving you a sense of assured freedom to safely take into any practice.

Sound Bath
Sound healing, alternatively known as Sound Therapy or Vibrational Medicine, is the practice of using sound and frequency for relaxation, healing and personal development.
